Led by builders Stephen and Rowan Fox, SJ Fox Homes is a family-owned building company that has been operating in South East Queensland since 1979. We pride ourselves on a client-centric approach and an absolute commitment to quality construction through all aspects of your build. We achieve this by working with quality suppliers, contractors and service providers – many of which have been long standing members of our extended team.
Whether you are building your first home, dream home or an investment portfolio, we’d love to be a part of the journey. Our approach to building involves simple, effective systems and regular communication, ensuring a smooth build process for you from start to finish.
With our wealth of experience, we are also regularly engaged to build both townhouses and commercial buildings, which is an expanding area of our business. Our long standing relationships with both the Queensland Master Builder’s Association (QMBA) and the Housing industry Association (HIA) allow us to swiftly adapt to the constantly changing environment that is the construction industry.
